Frequently asked questions
What file formats can I upload?
ADIF (.adi, .adif), CSV, and Excel (.xlsx). We auto-detect fields like callsign, date, band, mode, and RST. You can review and adjust the field mapping before we look up addresses.
What if there's no address for a callsign?
You can enter the mailing address manually before the job is submitted. Cards without a complete address won't be charged or printed.
Can I see what each card looks like before approving?
Yes. Every card has a preview step that shows exactly how the fields filled in. You approve the proof before any printing or charging happens.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–5 business days for US delivery via USPS First Class. International delivery times vary by destination.
What happens if a card can't be delivered?
USPS returns undeliverable mail. You can see each card's delivery status from your dashboard. Returned cards aren't refunded — please double-check addresses before approving a job.
Is there a subscription or minimum order?
No. You pay per card only when a job is approved. Mail one card or a thousand.
